‍Who provides the program

Bald Business LLC offers Own the Wash as part of its EPIC programs. Bald Business LLC sells the Ownership Playbook and OTW Advantage. This disclaimer explains the limits of business information and outcome claims. It does not remove our obligation to deliver the services you purchase or any right that cannot legally be waived.

What your purchase includes

The $5,000 Ownership Playbook is a one-time planning and education service: Ownership Profile review and preparation covering three target markets, one private 45-minute team strategy session, a personalized written Ownership Playbook, and a reusable Project Profile. Delivery is within 7 to 14 business days under the participation and timing conditions in the Terms of Service. The milestone is completion of the session and electronic delivery of both documents, not approval or success of a development project.

OTW Advantage is a separate, optional membership after opening at $997 per enrolled location per month. It provides the support access, resources, available member benefits, owner connections, and annual one-day event admission described at enrollment. A Playbook purchase does not enroll you in OTW Advantage. The membership does not include recurring private strategy sessions, guaranteed onsite repairs, or an assurance of business performance. Airfare and hotel stays for the event are not included.

No guaranteed business or investment result

Opening or operating a car wash involves risk, including the possible loss of some or all invested capital. We do not guarantee financing, permits, project approval, site suitability, construction costs, opening dates, customer demand, membership growth, income, cash flow, profitability, valuation, resale proceeds, or investment returns.

A project may require more time or money than expected or may not proceed. Findings may support a Go/No-Go recommendation, including a decision to stop. A decision not to build does not itself mean that the purchased planning service was not delivered. The Playbook fee pays for the agreed planning service, subject to the Terms of Service and applicable legal rights. It does not purchase a successful business outcome.

Examples and projections

Budgets, models, scenarios, illustrations, case studies, and historical figures are tools for discussion. A hypothetical calculation is not a forecast for your wash. Estimates depend on their stated assumptions, data sources, locations, and dates. Third-party information may be incomplete or change. You should validate material assumptions before relying on them.

Gross sales are not profit or take-home cash. Evaluate expenses such as land, construction, equipment, utilities, water and wastewater, chemicals, labor, repairs, insurance, taxes, payment fees, marketing, financing costs, reserves, and separately charged program or provider fees. Debt service, owner compensation, capital expenditures, and taxes may materially change cash available to an owner. Review what a particular example includes and excludes rather than assuming every cost has been included.

Past performance does not establish future performance. Testimonials describe particular experiences and do not promise that you will obtain the same result. Material compensation or other connections relating to an endorsement will be disclosed where required. This disclaimer does not make an unsupported or misleading earnings claim acceptable, replace required claim-specific disclosures, or establish that a testimonial is typical.

Factors affecting a car wash

Results depend on circumstances that include site access and visibility, competition, population and traffic patterns, pricing, weather, seasonality, water availability, wastewater restrictions, zoning, environmental conditions, construction conditions, equipment performance, staffing, customer experience, marketing, membership retention, successful payment collection, insurance, and owner decisions.

Automation or a lower-labor operating model does not mean that ownership is passive or requires no work. Owners remain responsible for oversight, service quality, maintenance, compliance, staffing decisions, financial controls, and the resources necessary to operate. Member visits create operating costs even when there is no additional retail sale.

Financing and ownership statements

Financing depends on lender underwriting, borrower qualifications, collateral, guarantees, and changing program requirements. Discussions of SBA or other financing do not constitute a loan offer, approval, commitment, or assurance of eligibility. You must review actual lender documents and obtain appropriate independent guidance.

Statements about retaining ownership do not mean a purchase is free of debt, liens, personal guarantees, partner rights, or lender restrictions. This program purchase does not convey equity in Bald Business LLC, a car wash, or any investment fund. Any separate transaction requires its own documents and applicable legal compliance.

Independent professional review

Our planning, education, and support do not replace legal, tax, accounting, investment, real estate, engineering, environmental, insurance, or construction services from qualified professionals. We do not undertake those licensed roles through your program purchase. You remain responsible for deciding whether to proceed and for obtaining the professional work appropriate to the project.

No program name or disclaimer determines whether a business arrangement is regulated. Actual services, representations, compensation, and agreements govern the applicable legal requirements. Nothing here exempts an otherwise regulated offering or permits a provider to act without a required license or disclosure.

Providers and commercial relationships

Manufacturers, lenders, contractors, suppliers, and other providers control their own services and contracts. Introductions do not guarantee their availability, performance, prices, financing decisions, or approvals. Bald Business LLC remains responsible for its own representations and purchased services.

We, program participants, or affiliates may have ownership, referral, commission, or other commercial relationships connected to a recommendation. These interests can affect recommendations. Material connections will be disclosed where required, and you may ask about a relationship before choosing a provider. We do not promise that an introduction is an independent comparison of every available option.

Your rights and contact

Read the scope, fees, exclusions, and completion milestones before purchasing an Own the Wash service. The Terms of Service govern our service remedies and dispute process. This disclaimer does not waive claims for fraud, misleading advertising, failure to deliver, or rights that cannot legally be waived.
